Starting a new return or exchange?

If you are starting a return or exchange on or after July 3, 2026, please use our new return portal.

Already started a return through Happy Returns?

If you created a return or exchange through Happy Returns before July 3rd, 2026 you can still access your return information. 

This link will be available through August 3, 2026 so you can check the status of an existing return, access your QR code, or review your return details.
