Operations & Service Superstar

Location: Solana Beach, CA

Manage day to day aspects of customer care, order fulfillment, inventory control and all back end mechanics to ensure business runs smoothly.

Specific tasks include: 

  • Respond to Customer Service inquiries
  • Ensure all packaging and marketing products are kept in stock
  • Ensure all goods are organized, prepped 
  • Manage inventory levels and order product as needed
  • Make sure all orders are packaged perfectly to our standards
  • Keep space orderly 

Requirements:  

  • Operations or Retail Management Experience 
  • Minimum 3-5 Years in Retail or Operations
  • Desire to have an instrumental role in a growing business 
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail 
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Solid work ethic, dependable, low drama individual 
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for 4 hours

30 hours a week.  (1099 Employee to start, At Will employment)
